I currently consult as a Lead UX and Design Engineer at the NYC Office of Technology and Innovation, where I’ve led the launch of Child Care services, the redesign of Business services, and the creation of the MyCity platform from scratch, serving over 8 million residents. I’m now leading efforts to scale the platform, making it more robust while integrating additional city services. This work reflects my dedication to creating equitable access to information and technology, fostering a more inclusive and connected society.

Throughout my career, I’ve collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to launch impactful digital products globally. I led the redesign of the Healthy 365 app for the Singapore Government, promoting healthier lifestyles for millions. I co-led the transformation of Hepsiburada’s eCommerce experience, Turkey’s largest e-commerce platform. At Schlumberger, I optimized fracking processes to reduce environmental impact. I also led front-end development for TheTrainline, one of the largest Agile projects. My work with 84.51° enhanced retail performance, improved accessibility for UK Government's Student Loan Company, and transformed mortgage servicing for Mr. Cooper, along with numerous globally recognized engagements that have shaped my professional journey.

My journey began in the heart of Rajasthan, India, where resilience was a way of life. Growing up in a small village without basic needs like clean water or electricity, I learned early on to overcome adversity with determination and purpose. These experiences shaped my ability to lead boldly while remaining deeply empathetic to the struggles of others.
During middle school, I moved to the historical town Amer near Jaipur with my parents. Growing up there was an adventure in itself. I spent my days exploring the Aravalli Range with friends, living a non-digital life, and building strong connections. Those experiences, rooted in my village upbringing, gave me a solid foundation. Everything changed in high school when I discovered computer science, which sparked a passion that shaped my career. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to learn from so many incredible people, each teaching me something valuable. I’m especially grateful for the 13+ years I spent at ThoughtWorks, where I grew alongside some of the most talented minds in the industry.
I live in a quiet town along the Columbia River, two hours from Seattle WA. Here, I discover childhood wonder anew through my children's eyes. Our days revolve around simple pleasures and healthy living, weaving together moments of kindness, curiosity, and discovery. We spend our time wandering forest trails, pitching tents under starlit skies, and occasionally dusting off my old climbing gear, mountain bike, or kayak for fresh adventures. Though I've wandered through more than 25 countries in my past, these days my greatest journeys are the ones I share with my family right here at home.
I am steadfast in my commitment to creating a future where families thrive. I champion causes that ensure free and unconditional access to education and healthcare, blending compassion with decisive action. It drives me to design and build meaningful solutions that go beyond the digital world, creating an impact. All while finding joy in the simple everyday moments.
