Grounds conversational input in reviewed public occupation data, so people can select and confirm real duties and skills without the product inventing a role or experience.
Designed a device-first, no-account flow that keeps resume data off servers, with accessibility measured against WCAG 2.1 AA and reviewed for WCAG 2.2 and screen readers.

Co-led design for the MyCity platform, New York City's unified front door to city services for 8M+ residents: one account and one profile, reused across agencies.
Launched the MyCity site and Child Care service to 110,000 users on day one and 260,000 in the first week, digitizing benefits for 65K children and lifting processing efficiency by 41%.
Led UX for the NYC Business website redesign with seven city agencies, EY, and Deloitte, moving thousands of pages to Adobe Experience Manager on a new information architecture. In its first two quarters the site reached 926K unique visitors (+16%).
Designed AI-driven document and paystub verification for the Child Care application, and built a working portal prototype that reproduces on demand the hard cases where an automated read and real pay disagree.
Owned the design system and paired with engineers in Scrum delivery, coordinating vendor teams across Deloitte, EY, Microsoft, and Salesforce.
